Retreat Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Policy
   All retreat registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual with my prior written approval. Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing and are subject to my sole discretion.

2. Intellectual Property
   All content, materials, teachings, and exercises shared during the retreat are the exclusive intellectual property of Amy Smith. No portion of the retreat may be recorded, reproduced, distributed, copied, or taught in any form without my express written permission.

3. Limitation of Liability
   Participation in the retreat is at your own risk. I am not responsible for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or other mishap that may occur during or after the retreat. By attending, you agree to release and hold harmless Amy Smith from any and all liability.

4. No Guarantee of Results
   While every effort will be made to provide valuable teachings and guidance, I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, personal results, or the achievement of particular goals. Your experience and outcomes will depend on your own personal participation, efforts, and circumstances.
